The County Government of Meru [CGM], under its Department of Legal Affairs, Public Service Management & Administration now invites sealed bids from eligible tenderers, for the above-mentioned services; for a period of One Year Renewable upon satisfactory Performance. Interested candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender document from CGM website: www.meru.go.ke ; Government Portal: https://tenders.go.ke . Funds for this project are available from the Exchequer.
- Interested Service Providers shall download the tender document from the website freely, and MUST forward their particulars immediately for recording and further clarification and addenda to procurement.finance@meru.go.ke ;
- Completed tender documents must be submitted, delivered & deposited in the tender box located at the reception of the County Government of Meru headquarter, next to huduma center offices Meru along Meru -Nanyuki highway and addressed to: THE COUNTY SECRETARY, COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF MERU, P.O. BOX 120-60200 MERU on or before 14TH August 2024 at 11.00 A.M for tender no CGM/ONT/FWC/001/2024-2025 ANO 21ST August 2024 at 11.00 A.M for tender no CGM/0NT/FWA/002/2024-2025 & CGM/1 FP/ONT/003/2024-2025.
- Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 126 days from the closing date of the tender;
- Tenderers shall furnish, as part of their application a tender security as indicated in the instructions to tender.
