INVITATION FOR REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 2025 TO DECEMBER 2026

Kisii County Government invites applications for registration of suppliers, contractors and service providers for the period of January 2025 to December 2026.

Interested suppliers, contractors and service providers are invited to apply for registration, indicating the goods, works and/or services they wish to supply/provide as listed in separate sheet provided.

Complete set of registration documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kisii.go.ke, www.tenders.go.ke and www.supplier.kisii.go.ke

Qualified and interested applicants may obtain further information and inspect the registration documents during office hours (0900 to 1600 hours) at the address given herein below or through email address procurement@kisii.go.ke.

To be eligible, the applicants MUST prove that they qualify to participate in Public Procurement by providing copies of the MANDATORY documents.

Completed registration documents for EACH CATEGORY participated are to be submitted online through this link www.supplier.kisii.go.ke   so as to be received on or before 4th October, 2024 at 10.00am.

The portal will automatically close after registration period has elapsed.

Submitted documents will be opened publicly in the presence of candidates or their authorized representatives who choose to attend at the County Treasury Premises Block “A” room 2 [Procurement Pool. This exercise shall be continuous throughout the supply period and an application to be included in the list may be made at any time after the closing date for consideration during subsequent evaluations.

Manual submissions SHALL not be allowed.

Note: Current list of registered / pre-qualified suppliers shall remain in use till 31st December, 2024. A new list shall only take effect from 1st January, 2025.
