ACTED Kenya is inviting qualified insurance companies to submit their offers on the provision of the following goods and services.

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents [in English] can be requested for free by sending a requisition email to kenya.tender@acted.org
All bids must be submitted by E-mail before 22nd November 2021 at 5:00pm [Nairobi time) to kenya.tender@acted.org , cc tender@acted.org Bids that are more than 10 mbs can be shared through available links [DROP BOX] via the same email address above. Please make sure that the link is still available at the time of offer opening.
Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on Wednesday 24th November 2021 in ACTED representative office in Nairobi, KENYA:
Kalamu House, Grevillea Grove, off Brookside Drive, Westlands- Nairobi at 9:30 am [local time).
The presence of Bidders at the tender opening session will not be allowed based on the Kenyan Government and ACTED’s directives towards social gatherings. All Bidders will be notified on the outcome of the opening via kenya.tender@acted.org ” two week after opening.
