INVITATION TO PUBLIC PARTICIPATION ON THE PROPOSED AMMENDMENTS OF BIOSAFETY ACT 2009
The Biosafety Appeals Board in execution of its mandate under the Biosafety Act 2009 and pursuant to the
provisions of the Biosafety Act Section 35, has scheduled public participation engagement fora to discuss and
obtain feedback to the proposed amendments of the Biosafety Act 2009.
This notice seeks to bring to the attention of stakeholders and members of the public, their participation and
engagement on the review of the Act on the proposed amendments.
The consultative fora are planned for the following Counties as per the schedule below:
