INVITATION TO TENDER – County Assembly of Elgeyo Marakwet

ELGEYO/ MARAKWET COUNTY GOVERNMENT TENDER 2020 

The County Assembly of Elgeyo Marakwet hereby invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the provision of the following works for financial year 2020-2021

Tender documents with detailed specifications and tendering conditions may be downloaded free of charge in the County Assembly’s website www.emcassembly.go.ke and bidders should also bid online through supplier, treasury.go.ke using the unique IFMIS negotiation number provided above.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

1. a)Copy of certificate of registration/incorporation
2. b)Copy of valid tax compliance certificate
3. c)Current single business permit
4. d)PIN/VAT certificates
5. e)Provide the security of 2% of the sum quoted
6. f)Copy of registration with NCA – (MCA 8)
7. g)Bidders must serialize their documents
8. h)Bidders should ensure there is no arithmetic errors on total sum quoted
9. i)Copy of Directors/owners of the company. CR12
10. j)Bidders MUST bid online through the IFMIS system.
11. k)Pre site visit is a MUST for both tenders and prospective bidders must be issued with pre site inspection certificate during normal working hours i.e. 8am -5pm.

In addition, for back up purpose complete tender documents should be submitted in a sealed plain envelop

Clearly marked with tender document number and deposited in the tender box situated at the reception of the

County Assembly or addressed as below and posted to the undersigned;

Compete tender documents must be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the document so as to be received on or before the 22nd September, 2020 at 2.00pm.

3. The county Assembly of Elgeyo Marakwet reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in whole or in part and does not bind itself to accept any tender or to give reasons for its rejection.
