PROPOSED COMPLETION WORKS FOR FABRICATED LECTURE HALLS AT ELDORET NATIONAL POLYTECHNIC {PHASE II)

Eldoret National Polytechnic invite sealed bids for eligible builders who must be currently registered with the National Construction Authority (NCA) as follows,

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect tender document at procurement office at The Eldoret National Polytechnic during working hours or from our website: www.tenp.ac.ke.

A complete set of tender document may be obtained by interested bidders upon a non-refundable fee as indicated above through MPESA Paybill No. 304250 or hankers cheque payable to the Eldoret National Polytechnic.

Interested bidders should note that only those who meet the criteria indicated below as minimum supported by the relevant documents as at submission will be considered for evaluation.

  • Proof of current registration with National Construction Authority. (NCA 8 and above) Company registration certificate with relevant Authorities
  • Filled Form of tender
  • Filled Confidential Business Questionnaire.
  • Copy of P.I.N certificate.
  • Copy of VAT certificate.
  • Valid tax compliance certificate from KRA
  • 2% bid bond of total quota
  • List of similar works and their value undertaken within the e.g. Certificate of Practical completion)
  • List of on-going works not more than 4 No.
  • Proof of ownership of plant and equipment by the firm incl year of manufacture and their current condition…
  • List of Personnel proposed for execution of the works and t experience (attaches copies of CV’S and certificates).
  • Reports on financial standing of the firm including profit a sheets and auditor’s reports for the last three years.
  • Evidence of access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources
  • Litigation history of the company from commissioner of Oaths
  • Checking errors
  • Comparison of contractors’ rates and current market rates

Complete tender documents are to be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked with tender name and tender reference and should be addressed and delivered to:

OR deposited in the tender document box at the Eldoret national polytechnic, so as to be received on or before 28/09/2020 at 12.00 noon. Tender opening will take place immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend, in the board room
