TENDER FOR DISPOSAL OF MOTOR VEHICLE
REF NO. ENNDA/DIS/001/2019-2020

Ewaso Ng’iro North Development Authority invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates to purchase Motor Vehicles on as-is -and -where-basis is.

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from the Authority headquarters situated along Isiolo -Madogashe road, Isiolo town a complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates from the Authority’s website or download free of charge from Government Tenders Portal (PPIP) www.tenders.go.ke or our website: www.ennda.go.ke. Candidates who choose to download the documents shall notify the Procurement Office immediately for record purposes via emails

Tenderers will be required to pay in advance a refundable deposit as indicated In the Appendix to Instructions to tenderers

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with the tender reference number and the tender name and deposited in the Tender Box at the reception area of the Ewaso Ng’iro North Development Authority’s Headquarter or addressed to

So as to be received on or before Wednesday, 2nd September 2020 at 10:00 AM.

Prices quoted should be net, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender.

Tenders will be opened immediately after the closing time at the Authority Boardroom at 10:00 am.

The boarded motor vehicles can be viewed on 18th, 19th, and 20th of August 2020 at the indicated locations during the normal working hours from 9:00 am to 3:00pm.
