INVITATION TO TENDER – Kakamega County Assembly

KAKAMEGA COUNTY GOVERNMENT TENDER 2020 

Kakamega County Assembly intends to procure Insurance Services for the financial year 2020/2021 under the following category:-

1. Tender No. KCA/CA/5/2020-2021-Provision of Medical Insurance cover for Members of County Assembly (MCAs) and Staffs.

Tender documents with full specifications can be obtained from the procurement office, upon payment of nonrefundable fee of Kenya shillings one thousand (Kshs. 1,000=) in bankers cheque. Cash will not be accepted. However, bidders who download documents from the website should register their tenders at the Procurement Office during normal working hours.

Complete tender documents, in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the above tender numbers and bearing no indications of the sender, must be submitted in the manner described in the documents and addressed to

Or deposited in the Tender Box situated at the entrance of the Kakamega County Assembly Procurement Office on or before 28th August 2020 and must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total bid from a reputable bank or approved Insurance Company.

Price Quoted must be net (V.AT inclusive) expressed in Kenya shillings and should remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of the tender. Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representative who choose to attend at the County Assembly Committee room.
