| INVITATION TO TENDER |
Nithi Water and Sanitation Company Limited (NIWASCO) has received funds from the water sector trust fund (WSTF) under rural investment, J6P programme. The origin of the WSTF funding is from Government of Kenya, Finland and Sweden. NIWASCO intends to use the funds to undertake the following projects and hereby invites bids from eligible firms to undertake the following works;

This tender shall be conducted through the Open National Tender (ONT) procedure specified in the Government of Kenya (GOK), The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015

The sealed tender document should be sent through the above address or lodged in tender box at the company’s offices located at County Commissioner’s Compound on or before 1st October 2020 not later than 11:00 A.M. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the interested tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend
