Rongo NG – CDF invites sealed tenders from contractors who meet the criteria set out below for the following projects

Interested and eligible contractors may obtain further information and inspect tender documents at the NG – CDF Rongo Constituency Office at the Sub County Headquarters during normal working hours.
- A complete set of tender document may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kenya shillings one thousand (Kshs.1, 000.00) to Rongo Constituency Development Fund Account at Kenya Commercial Bank A/c No. 1121172210 Rongo Branch. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for (120) days from the closing date of tender.
- Only bidders who meet the following criteria, which MUST be demonstrated by attaching relevant documentary evidence, shall be considered for further evaluation;
- a)Must be registered by National Construction Authority (NCA) in category NCA 7 and/or NCA 8.
- b)Provide details of similar works completed in the last three years, giving details of clients and consultants.
- c)Provide financial standing (bank statements) for the last three years.
- d)Attach a copy of Business Registration Certificate
- e)Attach a copy of Pin and VAT Certificates
- f)Attach a copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificates
- g)Must give the period they intend to complete the works as provided in the Appendix to conditions of contract.
- Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender Name and Reference Number and deposited in the Tender Box at the Rongo NG-CDF office, so as to be received on or before 17th November, 2021 at 10.00am.
- Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at 10.30am on 17th November, 2021 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
NOTE: Late tenders shall NOT be accepted
