TENDER FOR PROPOSED COMPLETION OF WORKS AT LARI SUBCOUNTY OFFICES.

1. The County Government of Kiambu-Department of ADMINISTRATION AND PUBLIC SERVICE invites
tendersforthe PROPOSED COMPLETION OF WORKS AT LARI SUBCOUNTY OFFICES.FY 2022/2023 as per this tender
document
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tenderdocument.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interestedTenderers.
3. Tenderers will be allowed to tenderfor all lots.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours[ 0900 to 1600 hours] atthe address given below.
5. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) tenders@kiambu.go.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronicallywill be free of charge.
6. Tenderers who download the tender document may forward their particulars immediately to
(tenders@kiambu.go.ke)to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
7. Tenderers are invited for a pre-bid site visit meeting at the facility on 23rd May 2023 from 10.00am -3.00pm
as indicated in the tender document
8. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for (126)
days fromthe date of opening oftenders.
9. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of (KES.100,000] as prescribed in the tender document
10. TheTenderershall chronologically serialize all pages ofthe tender documentssubmitted indicating the total
page numbers at the last page of the bid document.
11. Completed tenders must be submitted manually by a providing a hard copy to the tender box at governors
offices at Kiambu headquarters so as to be received on or before 26th May 2023 AT 12.00 pm.
12. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
time specified later.
13. TenderswillbepubliclyopenedinthepresenceoftheTenderers’designated representatives whochoose toattend
at the address below.
14. Late tenders will be rejected.
