The Board of Trustee of Postal Corporation of Kenya Pension Scheme (PCKSPS] and Postal Corporation of Kenya Staff Retirement Benefits Schei [PCKSRBS] invites bidders to tender for various services as follows:-

Tender and Pre-qualification document detailing relevant terms and conditions may be downloaded from the Scheme website at w\ postapension.co.ke free of charge. Bidders who wish to obtain the hardcopy documents shall be required to pay a non- refundable fee of K 1,000.00 deposited to the Scheme Account provided on the tender documents. Complete Tender document attached with a deposit confirming payment shall be submitted to the Scheme through e-mail: bids@postapension.co.ke or deposited at the Scheme tender box local at NHIF. building, 9th Floor so as to be received on or before 1st December, 2022 at 12 Noon. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter at 12:30 in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to witness the opening.
Trustees reserve the right to accept or reject any tender in whole or part and does not bind itself to justify its decision.
Canvassing shall lead to automatic disqualification of the bidder.
