Chai Trading Company Limited [CTCL] invites sealed bids for the construction of the proposed CTCL Warehousing Complex [Phase 2] at Miritini in Mombasa County.
This is a two-envelope bidding process, where bidders are required to submit technical and financial bids in separate sealed envelopes for the above tenders.
Bidders must be registered with the National Construction Authority [NCA] under the following categories: –
| Building & Civil Works – | NCA – Category 1 |
| Structural Steel Works – | NCA – Category 2 and above |
| Electrical Works – | NCA-Category 4. EPRA Class Al and above |
| Plumbing and Drainage Works- | NCA – Category 4 and above |
Interested eligible firms may obtain detailed tender documents and bills of quantities from the procurement office located on third floor Majani Plaza, Koinange Street, Nairobi during working hours upon payment of the tender fee.
Both technical and financial bid documents in separate sealed envelopes marked with the tender description and reference should be addressed to:

Completed tender documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on ground floor, Majani Plaza, Koinange Street, Nairobi, so as to be received not later than 13TH February 2024 at 9:30 AM. Tenders will be opened on the same day.
The tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the log in credentials before the tender opening.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
