A complete set of Tender documents may be downloaded by the eligible bidders from the State House website www.president.go.ke, or https://supprier.treasury.go.ke and www.tenders ,go.ke free of charge.
Complete Tender Documents, both “Original” and ‘Copy”, enclosed in plain sealed envelope, marked with the Tender Number should be deposited at the Tender Box located at Gate D and Addressed to:

so as to be received not later than Tuesday 12th September, 2023 at 11.00 a.m. East African Time.
Late applications will not be accepted.
NOTE:
- Eligible suppliers are Only those who had applied and successfully prequalified/registered through
Tender No.SH/002/2022-2023 – Pre-qualification/registration of suppliers for Supply/provision of goods and services.The list of successful bidders in the pre-qualification/registration tender is available in the State House website.
- Tender No.SH/FA/008/2023-2024 for Provision of Garbage Collection Services and Tender No.SH/ FA/009/2023-2024 for Provision of Travel and Air Ticketing Services are reserved for Agpo Preference Group as was indicated in the prequalification tender.
