Jomvu National Government Constituency Development Fund invites bids from interested and eligible bidders/Firms for construction works. The details of the tenders are as follows:’

Interested tenderers who meet the following Mandatory Requirements as a minimum supported by copies of requisite documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation:
- Business Registration/lncorporation certificate
- Tax compliance certificate, PIN/VAT Certificate
- Duly filled, signed and stamped Tender form and Confidential Business Questionnaire
- NCA certificate with current practicing license as indicated above
- Serialize document (1,2,3….) and Copy of receipt issued after purchase of tender document
- Recent CR12 (Last 12 months) from the register of companies and copies of National Identity card for all director(s)
- Must provide original Bid bond 2% of the bid price in form of bank guarantee from a reputable bank or insurance company recognized by PPRA and must remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening.
- Business permit
- Duly filled, Signed, Stamped certificate of Independent Tender Determination and commitment to the code of ethics
- Duly filled, Signed, stamped declaration that the tenderer is not debarred (FORM SD1) and that the tenderer will not engage in any corrupt or fraudulent practice (FORM SD2)
- Firms with ongoing projects shall not be allowed to tender. A firm is allowed to tender for one tender only. Any firm/ tenderer that fail to comply with the requirements shall be disqualified.
Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents at the offices of NG-CDF Jomvu during normal working hours. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested contractors upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings one thousand only (Kshs. 1000), either in cash or bankers cheque payable to the Fund Account Manager Jomvu.
Dully filled documents in an enclosed plain envelope marked with the tender number, tender name and labeled NOT TO BE OPENED BEFORE DATE 9th NOVEMBER 2021 AND TIME 10:00A.M. may be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the first floor or addressed to NG-CDF JOMVU P.0 BOX 90646-80100 MOMBASA so as to be received on or before date 9 th November 2021 at 10.00 A.M.
Prices quoted must be net inclusive of all applicable taxes and expressed in Kenya Shillings and should remain valid for 120 days from the closing date
Submitted documents /bids shall be opened immediately thereafter at the NG-CDF JOMVU Boardroom at 10.00 A.M in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend.
