1. A complete Set of Tender Document may be obtained free of charge by interested tenders electronically from
the State Department for Mining website, www.mibema.go.ke and Government of Kenya tender portal,
www.tenders.go.ke.
2. Duly Completed tender documents should be enclosed in a plain, sealed envelope clearly marked with the
tender name and tender number should be deposited in the tender box located on the second floor, Works
Building, Ngong Road, Nairobi so as to reach on or before Wednesday, 5thApril, 2023, 10.00a.m. Electronic
Tenders will not be permitted.
3. Tenders will be publicly opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above in the presence
of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at Third floor Boardroom, Works Building,
Ngong Road, Nairobi.
4. Late tenders will be rejected.
