KTDA Management Services Ltd invites bids from eligible firms for supply of the above goods and for provision of Ambient Air Quality Measurement Services to its managed tea factories as specified in the tender documents.
Interested eligible firms may obtain detailed tender documents from the procurement office located on first floor KTDA Farmers Building Moi Avenue, Nairobi during office hours upon payment of the non- refundable registration fee. The documents may also be requested upon payment by emailing: procurement@ktdateas.com

Completed tender documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on ground floor, KTDA Farmers Building, Moi Avenue, Nairobi, to be received not later than 8th November, 2022 at 9:30 AM. Tender opening shall be on the same day.
Tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the log-in credentials before the tender opening.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
