Detailed bid documents can be obtained during normal working hours from Procurement office located at the Main Hospital, Corporate Services Centre, 2nd floor.
Bidders will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 3,000/- (Three Thousand) payable via Lipa na Mpesa, Paybill No. 998151, A/c No. Company Name at the Main Hospital Cashier’s desk from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. A copy of the receipt must be attached to the technical bid submission document.
All bid documents must be submitted not later than Friday. 21st January, 2022 at 1100 Hours East African time clearly marked with the bid title.
NB: The Hospital is not obliged to offer the tender to the lowest or any other bidder or give any reasons thereof.
