KENYAN FIRMS TO IMPLEMENT A SALES & MARKETING TRAINING FOR BIODIGESTER ENTERPRISES
The African Biodigester Component (ABC] in Kenya aims at facilitating a shift of the biodigester market from its pioneering to the expansion phase. The project focuses on both small scale [0 to 50m3] and medium scale [50 to 500m3] biodigester market segments.
Biogas enterprises participating in ABC are [i] interested and [ii] in dire needs for sales and marketing training. ABC is therefore inviting eligible Firms through this Public Tender in Kenya to implement a sales & marketing training. The goal of this training, is to empower and enhance the Biogas Workforce’s capabilities through skill development, encompassing skilling, reskilling, or upskilling, with a focus on Sales and Marketing knowledge. Participants will gain confidence and expertise, enabling them to articulate the value proposition of bio digesters effectively.
Target Firms
This opportunity targets Kenyan registered Sales and Marketing Training Firms.
The training targets 100 participants [at least 30% female] in the biodigester workforce. The trainees will be selected by the biodigester companies working with ABC Kenya in the focus counties for this training. The trainees shall be either [i] already working with/as Kenyan Biodigester Companies or [ii] being identified by the biodigester companies as potential sales agents. ABC has identified 4 geographic blocs where current sales are not comparable to the bio digestion potential.
Eligibility criteria
Bidders must have existing capacity [knowledge, structures and staff) to deliver the training.
Bidding enterprises must provide the following statutory documents:
- CR12 certificate
- Company registration
- Valid tax compliance certificate
Bidding enterprises must further provide the following:
- Proof of certified accounts for the last financial 3 years with Turnover of EUR 96,000
- Average number of 5 employees and managers for the last 3 years
