LEASE OF WAREHOUSE IN NAIROBI 

TENDER NUMBER NDMA/ 23 /2021-2022  
1. The National Drought Management Authority invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the following tenders:

3. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained from the website www.tenders.go.ke and the NDMA website www.ndma.go.ke free of charge.
4. Qualified and interested Landlords may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 9:00am-5:00pm. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender reference number and name NDMA/ 23/2021-2022 Lease of Warehouse and deposited in the tender Box on 8th Floor, Lonrho House, Standard Street, Nairobi, or be addressed to Chief Executive Officer, National Drought Management Authority, Standard Street , Lonrho House, 8th floor so as to be received on or before Tuesday 28th June, 2022 at 10:30 am.
5. Tendering will be conducted under National Open Competitive method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Landlords who have valid documents.
6. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenderers upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Kenya shillings One Thousand in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.ndma.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.

7. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.ndmaa.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to supplychain@ndma.go.ke, to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
8. The tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
10. Tender security is not required for this bid. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes.
11. Tenders shall remain valid for 150 days from the date of opening of tenders.
12. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address above.
13. Late tenders will be rejected
Any canvassing or giving of false information will lead to automatic disqualification.
