INVITATION TO TENDER
LICENSE TO SUPPORT PWD ENABLED WEBSITE, SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT MANAGEMENT LICENSE SOLUTION AND DIGITAL QUEUING SOLUTION 

TENDER NO: SDPS/HKS/ONT/018/2023-2024 
1. The Ministry invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for LICENSE TO SUPPORT PWD
ENABLED WEBSITE, SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT MANAGEMENT LICENSE SOLUTION
AND DIGITAL QUEUING SOLUTION for The Huduma Kenya Secretariat
2. Tendering Will Be Conducted under Open Tendering method using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours (0900 to 1700 hours) at the address given below.
4. Please acknowledge via the email tenders@hudumakenya.go.ke, the safe receipt of this tender
document within one working day together with your confirmation of your intention to tender
5. A complete set of the Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website
www.hudumakenya.go.ke.Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.hudumakenya.go.ke.
7. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
Email: tenders@hudumakenya.go.ke; or (Tel: 020-6900020, Address P.O Box 47716- 00100) to
facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
8. To simplify exchange of information regarding this Invitation to Tender (ITT) please nominate a
Bid Manager and relevant contact telephone, and email addresses. Please direct any questions

9. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration form.
10. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
11. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery must be in Kenya Shillings and
shall remain valid for 126 days from the closing date of the tender.
12. Completed and sealed tender documents are to be submitted enclosed in plain sealed envelopes
(ORIGINAL AND COPY) marked with tender number TENDER NO:
SDPS/HKS/ONT/018/2023-2024 to be deposited in the Tender Box at Lonrho House,15th

13. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
14. Late tenders will be rejected.
15. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
