KONZA TECHNOPOLIS DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY TENDER APRIL 2024 

LOGO DESIGN COMPETITION

The Konza Technopolis Development Authority, the Project executing Agency for the implementation of the Kenya
Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (Kenya-AIST), invites eligible candidates to bid for the Logo Design Competition
for the logo for Kenya Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain a set of tender documents with the detailed instructions from the KoTDA website
www.konza.go.ke from Tuesday 2nd April 2024 to Wednesday 24TH April 2024. Bidders who download the tender
document from the website will be required to email their detailed contact information to procurement@konza.go.ke
for recording, further clarifi cations, addenda, and security clearance to facilitate site access.
Tenders shall be placed in the KoTDA Tender Box on the 7th Floor of Konza Complex, Konza Technopolis, located along
Nairobi-Mombasa Road near Malili Township not later than Wednesday 24TH April 2024 at 1400hrs local time.
Submitted bids will be opened publicly at the same venue shortly thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their
representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall remain valid for One Hundred and Eighty (180) days from the date of
Tender opening. Any form of canvassing will lead to automatic disqualifi cation.
