THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF TRANS NZOIA TENDER MAY 2023 

DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, TRANSPORT AND ENERGY 

INVITATION TO TENDER

1.0  The County Government of Trans Nzoia under the department of Public Works, Transport and Infrastructure has set aside funds for infrastructure development and now invites sealed tenders for the following;

1290868-2022/2023 Routine Maintenance of Hututu- Kongoli Road 100,000
1290866-2022/2023 Routine maintenance of soko Mjinga lunyu-Umoja Road 100,000

2.0  Prospective candidates may obtain further information/details, view and download tender documents free of charge at the County’s website vw.transnzoia.go.ke and also at the public procurement information portal www.tenders.go.ke  as from Thursday, 18th  May, 2023.

3.0  Prices quoted Must be in Kenya Shillings inclusive of all taxes, all other relevant costs and shall remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of the tender.

4.0  All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security as indicated and in the prescribed manner

5.0  The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

6.0  Completed tenders must be delivered and dropped in the tender box located at the county yard [Kitale] and MUST also submitted electronically through the IFMIS Portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke  on or before 24th May, 2023 at time as indicated. And hard copies of the same must be submitted

7.0  Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend.

8.0  Late tenders will be rejected.
