MID-TERM REVIEW (MTR) FOR THE INVESTING IN WOMEN IN THE BLUE ECONOMY KENYA PROGRAMME (IIW-BEK)
The Africa Enterprise Challenge Fund (AECF) is seeking a qualified consultant or firm to conduct a mid-term review (MTR) for the Investing In Women in the Blue Economy Kenya Programme (IIW-BEK). The review will assess the programme’s progress, design, implementation, effectiveness, gender integration, and sustainability, providing recommendations to improve future outcomes.
Key Objectives of the MTR:
- Assess program design, relevance, and alignment with targets.
- Evaluate progress toward key objectives and outcomes.
- Review stakeholder engagement and partnerships.
- Analyze gender integration and socio-economic impacts.
- Assess sustainability and value for money.
