NORWEGIAN REFUGEE COUNCIL TENDER 2020 

MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE

Norwegian Refugee Council invites eligible and registered insurance firms (No brokers] to bid for the provision of comprehensive motor vehicle insurance.

Complete tender documents detailing the requirements of the above tender may be obtained free of charge by eligible firms from http://procurement.nrcsysterns.net/ from Friday, 11th September 2020 to Thursday, 24th September 2020. Use of company official email address while requesting for the documents is highly recommended for documentation purposes, i.e. kindly indicate the company name in full while requesting for the bidding form.

Complete bid documents and attachments are to be saved as a single PDF document not exceeding 20MBs and submitted electronically via http://procurement.nrcsystems.net/bid with the tender name and reference number before or on Thursday, 24th September 2020 at 1000 hrs. The system only allows a single submission per vendor.

Bids will be opened on 24th September2020 at 1100 Hrs. virtually due to the Covid-19 pandemic. A zoom link will be sent to those who will have submitted their bids. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Norwegian Refugee Council reserves the right to withdraw, accept or reject any bid application and may annul the tender process at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
