NON-CONSULTANCY SERVICES TENDER FOR PROVISION OF PAYMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR KSEIP COMPONENT III (HSNP III) CASH TRANSFER PROGRAMME.

TENDER NO. NDMA/02/2022-2023

National Drought Management Authority (NDMA) is a public body established by the NDMA Act, 2016. It previously operated under the State Corporations Act (Cap 446) of the Laws of Kenya by Legal Notice Number 171 of November 24, 2011.

The NDMA Act gives the Authority mandate to exercise overall coordination over all matters relating to drought management, including implementation of policies and programmes relating to drought management.

NDMA, under the Ministry of Public Service, Gender, Senior Citizens Affairs and Special Programmes implements the Hunger Safety Net Programme (HSNP III), a GoK cash transfer programme, which is Component 3 of the larger Kenya Social and Eco- nomic Inclusion Project (KSEIP) jointly financed by a loan of the World Bank and a grant from the United Kingdom’s Foreign and Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO).

The Authority wishes to engage the services of interested eligible tenderers for the Provision of Payment Services for its KSEIP (HSNP III) cash transfer programme.

Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 0800 to 1700 hours from Supply Chain Management Offices, Lornho House, Standard Street, 8th Floor, Room Number 2

A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenderers upon payment of a non-refund- able fee of one thousand (KES1,000) in Banker’s Cheque payable to the National Drought Management Authority. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.ndma.go.ke or www.tender.go.ke Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to supplychain@ndma.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.

All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kenya Shillings Five Million (KES 5,000,000) 

The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

Completed and serialised/paginated tender document, in plain sealed envelopes and clearly marked with the TENDER NUM- BER and TENDER DESCRIPTION, should be addressed to:

and deposited in the tender box situated at the NDMA Reception, 8th Floor, Lonrho House, Standard Street, so as to be received on or before Tuesday, 2nd August, 2022 at 1030 hrs. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.

Tender Documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the Boardroom on 17th Floor, Lonrho House, Standard Street, Nairobi, in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.

Late tenders will be rejected.
