KENYA WATER INSTITUTE TENDER 2020 

The Kenya Water Institute – Main Campus (Nairobi) invites interested eligible bidders for provision of the following

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents at the Procurement Office, Kenya Water Institute, P.O. Box 60013-00200, Nairobi along Ole Shapara Avenue in South ‘C’ during normal working hours.

A complete set of tender document may be obtained upon payment of non-refundable fees of Kshs 1,000 via A/c No. 110 776 0585, KCB Moi Avenue Branch or Bankers cheque payable to Director, Kenya Water Institute. Otherwise, Bidders may download the tender document for free from the State tender portal: https://supplier.treasury.go.ke or KEWI website www.kewi.or.ke. Bidders who choose to download the document MUST register with the Procurement Office or notify us using the email procurement@kewi.or.ke giving the following details: Name of tender, Name of the firm, address, telephone Number (s) and email before the closing date.

The completed Tender document may be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Library block at Kenya Water Institute, along Ole Shapara Avenue Nairobi South C, not later than Thursday 17th September, 2020 at 11.00 a.m.

The opening of bids will be carried out immediately thereafter in the Conference room in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
