The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents [in English] can be downloaded for free by sending a requisition email to kenya.tender@acted.org

All bids must be submitted by E-mail on OR before 4th August, 2020 at 4:00pm (Nairobi Time) to kenya.tender@acted.org, cc tender@acted.org Bids that are more than 10mbs can be shared through available links via the same email address above. Please make sure that the link is still available at the time of offer opening.

Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED. A tender opening session will take place on Friday 7th August 2020 in ACTED representative office in Nairobi, KENYA: Kalamu House, Grevillea Grove, off Brookside Drive, Westlands- Nairobi at 9:30 am (local time).

The presence of Bidders at the tender opening session will be allowed based on the Kenyan Government and ACTED’s directives towards social gath­erings. Bidders can be updated on the opening session one day before opening session by calling +254 707 380 000. All Bidders will be notified on the outcome of the opening via kenya.tender@acted.org.
