1. County Government of Machakos invites sealed tenders for the Tendering will beconducted under open competitive tendering PHASED SUPPLY,INSTALLATIONAND CONFIGURATION OF MACHAKOS LEVEL 5 CCTV AND ALL LEVEL FOURHOSPITALS IN MACHAKOS COUNTY
2. Those using astandardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interestedTenderers.

3. Tender documents may be obtained electronically fromthe IFMISWebsitewww.supplier.treasury.go.ke Or the county website www.machakos.go.ke or thePublicProcurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.

4. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remainvalid for (90)days from the date of opening oftenders.

5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information during office hoursMonday to Friday between 0900hrs and 1600hrs in writing three days before closeof
tender via email supplychain@machakos.go.ke to facilitate any clarification. Biddersare encouraged to acknowledge and express interest in participating in this tender bysending an email via supplychain@machakos.go.ke. So that the procuringentitycan record there official emails and address/ contacts in case there is need tonotifybidders of an addendum.

6. Interested and eligible bidders having challenges uploading their tender documentsintheIntegrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS) Supplier Portal mayobtainassistance from the IFMIS helpdesk on 0800721477/0202480180 at the National treasury.

7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Kenya Shillings Eighty ThousandShillingsOnly (Kshs. 80,000.00) inform of Cash or a bank guarantee or an insurance companyregisteredand licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority listed by the Authority or issuedbyafinancialinstitution approved and licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya valid for 30daysbeyondtheTender Validity period.

8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

9. Completed tenders must be SUBMITTED ONLINE VIA THE IFMISSUPPLIERPORTAL www.supplier.treasury.go.ke on or before 9TH May 2024 at 11.00NOON.
