- Introduction
The Malawi High Commission in Nairobi, hereafter the Mission, is calling for expression of interest from interested suppliers of goods, services and works listed below to provide the goods, services and works for the 2023-2024 financial year [April 2023-March 2024],
- Categories and items for pre-qualification of supply
The following are the items under three categories that interested suppliers may express interest

- Interested suppliers are informed to take note of the following
- i)May express interest In one or more Items in the same category ONLY, by clearly indicating the item number
- ii)Must indicate availability of after sale services; where necessary.
iii) Must provide proof of having undertaken a similar service currently or before.
- iv)Must provide proof of physical address, businessregisti.il lei i. operating license(s], registration with relevant professional bodies [where necessary) and tax compliance.
