- Certified copy of valid national construction authority [NCA] certificate under categories 1 and 24 and above valid practicing license in building works.
Certified copy of KRA Pin and VAT. - Certified copy of valid Tax compliance certificate for the Firm.
- Property and duly filled Form of Tender, stamped and/ or sealed, signed by the authorized personnel.
- Property and dully filled Form of Tender Questionnaire stamped and / or sealed, signed by the authorized personnel.
- Properly and duly filled Form of Tender, stamped and/ or sealed, signed by the authorized personnel.
- Certified copy and current CR12 from the registrar of companies, showing names of directors.
- Copy of Identification cards of the company directors.
- A Detailed company / business profile.
- Valid copy of business permit
- Attach the bid document miscellaneous receipt
Interested eligible candidate may collect the pre-qualification document from Laikipia East Supplies Office at the DCCS compound upon payment of non-refundable fee of ksh. 1000.00 to the National Sub County Treasury and should be issued
Competed pre- qualification documents should be dropped in the tender box located at the NG CDF Laikipia Cast Office next to ACK ST Andrews Church opposite Kirimara Springs Hotel and should be in plain sealed envelope, clearly marked with Category name. Reference number and addressed to
