The Safari Collection Ltd invites applications for pre-qualifications from interested, eligible and competent bidders for supply of goods, works & services listed below for the upcoming year 2022- 2023.

Repair and maintenance suppliers & services [plumbing, electrical, & construction suppliers].
Provision of pest control services
Provision of fire extinguishers, maintenance & services
Provision of asset tagging
Provision of printing services
Provision of supplier of gas

Provision of legal services
Provision of insurance cover

Pre-qualification tender documents may be obtained during normal working hours [9am-5.00pm] from the Safari collection procurement office Gogo Falls Road, Giraffe Manor upon production of receipt from the cash office on payment of a non-refundable fee KES 4,000 per set of documents.
Duly completed pre-qualification documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the prequalification Category, tender number & name should be addressed to: The General Manager Giraffe Manor P.O. Box15565-00543, Nairobi, deposited in the Tender Box situated at Gogo Falls Road Plot Number 12211/5 main receiving reception on or before 6th December 2021 at 1300hrs.
The submitted pre-qualification document shall be opened on the 13th of December, 2021 from 10.00am. Tenders will then be awarded in writing to the respective, selected companies thereafter. The Safari collection reserves the right to accept or reject any application either in part or in whole without assigning reasons thereof. Late submissions will be rejected automatically.
