INTERESTED APPLICANT MUST:
- Attach a copy of Business Registration Certificates
- Attach a copy of PIN and VAT certificates [a MUST]
- Attach copy of valid tax compliance certificate [a MUST]
- Interested special groups (Women, Youth & Persons with Disabilities] must attach AGPO/YAGPO certificates.
Interested eligible contractors / suppliers may obtain further information and pre-qualification documents at the NYATIKE NG-CDF Offices, NYATIKE during normal working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Monday to Friday or can be downloaded from www.ngcdf.go.ke/downloads after payment of non-refundable fee of Kes. 1,000 (One Thousand shillings only] in form of a BANKER’S CHEQUE drawn in favor of Nyatike National Government Constituency Development Fund; Special groups who present AGPO certificates will be given the prequalification documents free of any charges.
Duly filled pre-qualification documents must be returned to the NG-CDF Office Tender Box at NYATIKE NG-CDF Offices in a plain sealed envelope with the item number indicated on the top left hand corner and addressed to; THE FUND ACCOUNT MANAGER, NYATIKE NG-CDF, P.O. BOX1 – 40402, MACALDER
so as to be received not later than 25/07/2023 at 10.00 AM, at which time the documents will be publicly opened at the Board Room in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
NOTE: Late Documents shall not be accepted & will be returned unopened
