RE-ADVERTISEMENT OF PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS FOR OFFICE BLOCK CONSTRUCTION ON PLOT NO LR KYANGWITHYA/TUNGUTU/3892
Kitui Teachers DT Sacco is inviting suitable local contractors with the following minimum and mandatory requirements for the construction of an office block.
Pre-qualification document
- Current registration with the national construction authority (NCA3 and above for Contractors- Building Works)
- Incorporation/Registration certificate
- Valid Tax compliance certificate
- Must provide recent copy of CR 12
- Proof of work of similar magnitude and complexity undertaken in last five years
- Adequate equipment for type of work
- Company Profile with adequate trained personnel for type of work.
- Attach CV’s of key personnel
- Sound financial standing. Attached audited accounts for the last three years.
- Proof of access to credit lines from banks

Interested bidders should submit their completed tender document in plain sealed envelope(s) clearly marked KTS/3892/2023 and should be addressed to:
