REGIONAL CENTRE ON SMALL ARMS (RECSA) TENDER AUGUST 2021 

RECSA is an Inter-Governmental body with juridical personality and enjoys diplomatic status by virtue of the Host Agreement entered into with the Government of Kenya. As an organization, the vision of RECSA is a safe and secure sub-region in a peaceful continent free from arms proliferation. The mission is to coordinate actions against small arms and light weapons proliferation in the Great Lakes Region, Horn of Africa and the Bordering States

RECSA now invites eligible bidders to submit applications for pre-qualification of goods and services as listed below

1. General office stationery
2. Design and printing services
3. Supply of Office Equipment [Photocopies, computer hardware and related accessories, toner etc.]
4. Repair and Maintenance of Office Equipment [Photocopiers, computer hardware and related accessories]
5. Office repairs and Fittings [Electricals, Plumber and Furniture etc.]
6. Supply of network equipment and related upgrades
7. Supply of office furniture
8. Supply of office diaries and calendars
9. Supply of promotional items and corporate gifts
10. Supply of office uniform
11. Office cleaning Services
12. General insurance services [for Motor vehicles, office equipment, life etc.]
13. Medical Insurance services [Staff Medical Cover]
14. Translation and interpretation services (French/English/ Arabic etc.]
15. Provision of car hire and taxi services
16. Motor vehicle maintenance [Repairs and Service]
17. Office drinking water
18. Branding, signage tagging and coding
19. Travel insurance
20. Air Tickets [Main Airlines and Travel Agents]
21. Hotels and Conference Facilities
22. Transit Hotels/Accommodation [Hotel facilities around the airports]
23. Training/Consultancy: Public Relations, Communications & Team Building
24. Training/Consultancy: Management and Leadership
25. Training/Consultancy: Peace and Security
26. Training/Consultancy: Proposal Writing and Resource Mobilization
27. Specialized Services: Fabrication of Containerized Armoury
28. Special Supplies and Services: Fabrication of Storage Metal Boxes
29. Special Supplies and Services: Fire Arms Marking Machines & Accessories

Interested eligible applicants shall download the pre-qualification document free of charge from the RECSA website [www.recsasec.org]. Pre-qualification will be conducted in accordance with RECSA Procurement Policies and Procedures. Each Applicant is required to submit a separate set of pre-qualification documents for each item being applied for. Prequalification applications must be received by Thursday 23^rd September, 2021 at or before 12.00 noon East African Time, indicating your ‘preferred category/categories’ and addressed to:
