SUPPLIER PREQUALIFICATION NOTICE FOR THE PERIOD 2024-2026

Carmax Service Centre Ltd is a registered Kenyan company affiliated with CarMax East Africa Ltd, a renowned retailer of both new and pre-owned motor vehicles in Kenya. Our service center was established in 2006 with a clear mission – to provide exceptional after-sales services to our valued customers who were purchasing vehicles and sought a reliable and high-quality garage for vehicle maintenance and accident repairs.

CarMax Service Centre invites applications from interested, competent and eligible firms for pre-qualification for the under listed goods, works and services for the period 2024-2026.

To manage this process, the organization has appointed SRM eProcurement as the consultants for this prequalification exercise. The pre-qualification process will therefore be conducted electronically on SRM eProcurement Portal i.e. www. srmhub.com. 

Access to submit the application shall be automatically granted upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of KES 2,000/- per Tender category. The fee is payable using M-PESA Paybill No. 4095233, Use Account Number auto generated in system to validate your payment.

Existing Suppliers are required to participate in order to be considered.

CarMax Service Centre reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in whole or in part without giving reasons.
