Kenya Railways Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme [KRSRBS] invites applications from reputable suppliers and contractors to be considered for inclusion in the Scheme’s list of pre-qualified suppliers for provision of goods, services and works for the period 2024-2027. Existing suppliers and contractors who would wish to be maintained must re-apply and submit up to date information as requested in the tender document.
Tender Document can be downloaded free of charge from our website: www.krsrbs.co.ke or the Public Procurement information Portal at tenders.go.ke. Applicants who download the tender document should email their names, contact details and tender registration number to quotations@krsrbs.co.ke .
Special groups (Youth, Women and Persons with Disabilities] are encouraged to apply for the categories reserved for them, as well as the open categories. They MUST be duly registered by the Directorate of Procurement at the Treasury and should attach a copy of their valid and relevant certificate of registration [AGPO].
Duly completed pre-qualification documents in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the category description and tender number should be deposited in the tender box located at the ground floor of the below address on or before Friday 12/07/2024 at 11.00 am.
