About Search
Search for Common Ground [Search) is a world-wide Non-Profit Organization with the primary objective to change the way the world deals with conflict, away from adversarial approaches towards collaborative solutions. Search has been working in Kenya since 2008, when we launched the award-winning series The Team. Our work has focused on overcoming ethnic, political, social and cultural divides, furthering constructive interaction and healthy relationships between civil society and key government actors, and transforming violent Conflict.
