The Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops [KCCB] – General Secretariat is the national administrative, facilitative and coordinative arm through which KCCB undertakes all responsibilities which express the KCCB mission in Kenya. KCCB is the prime recipient of a grant entitled KCCB-ACTS [Accelerate, Transition, Sustain] awarded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention [CDC] under the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief [PEPFAR].
PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR GOODS AND SERVICES FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2023/2024/2025
KCCB Is inviting applications from interested and eligible bidders for the registration of suppliers, consultants and contractors for use On “as and when required basis” in the financial years 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 ending October 30th 2025 in the following listed categories.
Ail the suppliers with whom the institution is currently engaged are also invited to reapply in order to update the status of their records including their eligibility.

Pre-qualification Tender documents may be obtained during working hours from KCCB- General Secretariat, NEW WAUMINI HOUSE GROUND FLOOR OR KCCB-ACTS Kisumu office upon production of receipt for payment of a non-refundabie fee of Kshs. 3,000 per set of documents per category payable by banker’s cheque deposited to NCBA Bank. Kisumu Branch, Account ‘lame: KCCB-ACTS Account Mo. 1178590076, after which the prospective supplier will be issued with the pre-qualification documents from our offices.
Duly completed Pre-qualification documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the pre-qualification category number and should be addressed to: –
