INVITATION TO TENDER
The National Museums of Kenya (NMK) invites bids from Tenderers for provision of the following
tenders;

Interested eligible tenderers may obtain detailed information and inspect the tender documents
at the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, NMK Headquarters on Museum Hill Road during
normal working hours Monday–Friday 8:30 am–4:30 pm. Alternatively, the tender documents
may be downloaded free of charge from the NMK Website – www.museums.or.ke
A complete set of tender documents may also be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable
fee of Kshs. 1,000 in cash payable at the Cash Office – Heritage Centre. Completed tender
documents should be in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender reference number and
addressed to;

National Museums of Kenya,
P.O. Box 40658-00100,
NAIROBI.
And deposited in the Tender Box located at the Earth Sciences Building reception area on or
before the tender closing dates stated above.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the Louis Leakey Auditorium in the presence
of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
