REQUIREMENTS
Prospective suppliers shall be required to submit the following MANDATORY documents asproof of their eligibility: –
- Certificate of Registration/Incorporation
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
- The person/firm MUST NOT be debarred by the Public Procurement RegulatoryAuthority (Provide Statement/Declaration)
- Copy of Current BUSINESS
- Company profile
- Valid AGPO Certificate for the reserved groups
- Duly Completed Confidential Business Questionnaire
Additionally, suppliers shall be expected to provide documentary proof of their capabilityin the respective areas of application. In this case, documents detailing the necessary qualifications, experience, resources, equipment, facilities and proof of membership to aprofessional body where relevant should be attached.

Duly completed Registration Documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked “Category No……For the Supply/Provision of… ” should be addressed to:

and be deposited in the Tender Box situated at Main Administration Block on or before 29th AUGUST 2022 at 10.00 a.m. Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
NB: LATE TENDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
