Eligible Suppliers may obtain the document from the Ministry Of Agriculture, Live Stock, Fisheries And Co-operatives State Department for Co-operatives NSSF BLDG 16th FLOOR during normal working hours in person at a non-refundable fee of Kshs.1000/-which is paid in cash at the cash office before, 5.00pm on nor­mal working days or in bankers cheque payable to the Principal Secretary State Department For Co-operatives or downloaded from the State Department For Cooperatives website http://www.ushirika.go.ke and Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke. free of charge.

Suppliers currently in the State Department for Cooperatives database who wish to be retained are required to apply and submit up to date information required in the registration of suppliers’ document.

Completed Tender Documents, “Original” enclosed in plain sealed envelope, marked with the Tender Number shall be addressed to: –

And be deposited in State Department for Co-operatives tender box on the 16 floor NSSF building block A. To be received on or before 31st August 2021 at 10.30a.m.

All Bid Documents must be serialized / paginated.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend the opening at State Department for Co-operative.
