TENDER NOTICE

PRE-QUALIFICATION/REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR SUPPLY OF GOODS, SERVICES AND WORKS FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2019/2020/- 2020/2021.

The County Assembly of Bungoma hereinafter referred as “Procuring entity” intends to prequalify/ Register candidates, for the supply of goods and services to the organization for the FINANCIAL YEARS 2019/2020/-2020/2021. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information on the prequalification document from the Procurement office during normal working hours.

Prequalification/Registration tender documents are to be obtained by downloading from the County Assembly website: www.bungomaassembly.go.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal https://tenders.go.ke free of charge.

Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the closing date.

Interested bidders should note that ONLY those meeting the criteria indicated in the respective tender document as minimum, supported by the relevant documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation. Registration is open to all candidates who meet the criteria in the tender documents.

Duly completed tender documents/ Applications for Registration must be submitted enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the TENDER NO, TENDER DESCRIPTION and CATEGORY and shall be addressed to;-

And be deposited in the Tender Box located at the reception County Assembly Offices, so as to be received on or before Wednesday 29th July, 2020 at exactly 11.00 A.M Local time. Opening of tenders/bids will take place immediately thereafter at the Committee Room 3 in the presence of tenderers/representatives who may wish to attend. The Prices quoted in the tender/bid should be net inclusive of all taxes.

NB: Companies owned by Youth, Women and Persons with disabilities(The Special Group) are encouraged to apply since 30% of our procurement will be set aside exclusively for Special Groups owned firms.

NOTE: Continuous Registration Will Still Be On Going Periodically. Dealers and Distributors Are Encouraged To Apply

Late bids shall not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
