The Association for the Physically Disabled of Kenya (APDK) was started in 1958, It is a Nonprofit making organization and NGO whose main aim is to address the needs of persons with disability (PWD). It runs branches in Coast, Nairobi, Nakuru, Machakos, Kisumu, Kisii, Embu, Eldoret, Busia and Siaya. As “Procuring entity” it invites interested eligible institutions to apply for prequalification, for the supply of goods, works and services listed as per the categories below for the financial year 2022-2024.

- Tender documents containing detailed specification, terms and conditions of tender may be obtained from the Procurement Officer, APDK head office, Waiyaki way, Opposite ABC Place Next to Kabete Barracks Nairobi, or APDK Executive Office Bombolulu Workshop and Cultural Centre Malindi Road Mombasa and in all the branches above, Upon payment of non- refundable amount of Kshs. 2,000.00 for each category applied for during normal working hours and registration with the relevant office. The cash shall be deposited in the Bank account given below and the deposit slip be forwarded to the account department before collection of the pre-qualification document.

- The bids will opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representative wishing to attend at the APDK boardroom.

- Suppliers are requested to tender for the category they have applied for, by indicating the price they intend to offer within specified period of time for consideration.
