Mafanikio SACCO in Mombasa is seeking to pre-qualify Suppliers for various goods and services for the year 2024- 2025:

Pre-qualification documents to be submitted with proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 2,000 per category to Mafanikio SACCO mezzanine floor reception during office working hours. Payment can also be made to Mafanikio Sacco Pay Bill Number 854846 A/C Name is name of your organization.
The Pre-Qualification documents shall be delivered to Mafanikio SACCO Office enclosed in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked ‘PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS 2024-2025’ indicating the reference code no. and item description “and should be addressed to.

All Prequalification documents should be received by 8th February, 2024. The prequalification Documents will be opened on 9th February, 2024 at 2:00pm at Mafanikio SACCO mezzanine floor Boardroom and one representatives of the firms are welcome to witness the opening.
Note. This is an application for prequalification and not tender for supply of goods/services. Only shortlisted firms will be requested to provide competitive quotations for the purchase of goods/services as and when Needed.
