TAIFA SACCO SOCIETY LTD TENDER 2021 

Tenders are invited from eligible contractors and suppliers for prequalification, supply and delivery of works, goods and services to Taifa Sacco Society Ltd. for financial year 2021-2022.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Certificate of incorporation or business name
2. A copy of PIN and VAT certificates
3. A copy of a valid KRA Tax compliance certificate
4. Evidence of possession of electronic Tax Registers
5. Company profile to include management team and Board of Directors
6. Letters of recommendation from three of your current major clients

and placed in any of the three Taifa Sacco Tender Boxes at NCU building Ground and first Floors so as to be received on or before 22^nd February 2021 at 10.00 a.m. Documents submitted after this time will be disqualified.

The pre-qualification documents will be opened immediately thereafter at 11.30 a.m. on the same day in the NCU Boardroom. Tenderers’ or their representatives are welcome to attend.

Taifa Sacco Society Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any prequalification application/tender either in whole or in part.

Canvassing of whatever nature or giving false information will lead to automatic disqualification or rejection for any prospective applicant/bidder.
