All hard copy tenders shall be opened in compliance with the Ministry of Health [MOH] preventive measures and guidelines by Public Procurement and Regulatory Authority [PPRA] at the Company’s Board Room, at the Company Offices, Nawassco Plaza along Government Road Nakuru, in the presence of tenders’ representatives who choose to attend.
