TENDER NOTICE

The County Assembly of Machakos invites applicants from qualified eligible firms to bid for the following tenders. .

Tender documents, containing detailed terms and conditions of qualification may be obtained from the Procurement Office, County Hall, along Mwatu wa Ngoma road, Machakos town during normal working hours free of charge or downloaded from the assembly website www.machakosassembly.go.ke

Complete tender documents in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked tender name and number should be addressed to:

Machakos.

And be deposited in the tender box located at the reception, County hall along Mwatu wa Ngoma road, Machakos town. The said tender documents should be received on or before Wednesday 16th September, 2020 at 11.00am. Bids submitted later than this date and time shall be rejected and returned unopened. In categories which are reserved for special groups (youth, women and people with disabilities), applicants must attach copy of valid registration certificate from National Treasury.

Note: Samples for surgical masks should be submitted at least a day before the closing date.

Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the board room, County hall.
