PRE-QUALIFICATION NOTICE
CORDAID Kenya invites interested suppliers and consultants to qualify in the supplier database by
meeting the criteria below. This pre-qualification is for consideration in the supply of goods and
services to the organization for two years (2024/2026). It is important to note that the prequalification process does not guarantee business for the supply of services or goods.
PRE-QUALIFICATION – EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Suppliers and consultants registered with the Registrar of Companies under the Laws of Kenya for
specific merchandise or services in categories as indicated in a schedule below are invited to
submit their pre-qualification documents to the CORDAID Kenya procurement committee. This
pre-qualification is necessary for the subsequent submission of quotations and proposals.
Prospective suppliers and consultants must provide mandatory information for the prequalification process.
This invitation for the submission of the pre-qualification by interested vendors shall
neither be construed to be commitment on the part of Cordaid, nor shall it entitle any
company to make any claim whatsoever and/or seek any indemnity from Cordaid by
virtue of any response to the said.
Interested vendors are requested to download the bid documents from the Cordaid website at
www.cordaid.org/en/prequalification by 17:00 Hours EAT on Friday, 26th July 2024.
Completed pre-qualification documents referencing the subject and category reference number
should be submitted via electronic mail ONLY at cordaidkenyatenders@cordaid.org. HARD
COPY DOCUMENTS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED

Submissions must be received on or before Friday, July 26th , 2024, at 17:00 EAT.
If you encounter challenges or require further technical or substantive help in
completing the application, please forward your inquiry or issue via email 7 days before the
closing of the tender through: cordaidkenyatenders@cordaid.org.
Applicants are encouraged to submit applications at least one day ahead of the deadline
for submission, in order to avoid any technical/unforeseen obstacles during the submission.
