Attach all the following mandatory documents as shown below.
- Copy of-certified Certificate of Incorporation/registration
- Copy of certified Valid National Construction Authority (NCA) Certificate under categories NCA 6 and above, valid practicing licence in building works.
- A copy of certified KRA Pin and VAT Registration Certificate
- A copy of certified Valid Tax Compliance Certificate for the Firm
- Properly and dully filled Form of Tender; stamped and/or sealed, signed by authorized personnel.
- Properly and dully filled Tender Questionnaire; stamped and/or sealed, signed by authorized personnel.
- Properly and dully filled Confidential Business Questionnaire; stamped and/or sealed, signed by authorized personnel.
- Copy of certified & current CR12 from the Registrar of companies
- Copy of identification Cards of the Company directors
- A Detailed Company/Business Profile.
- A copy of valid business permit.
- Attach the bid documents miscellaneous receipt
Interested eligible candidates may collect the pre-qualification documents from laikipia east supplies office at the dccs compound upon payment of nonrefundable fee of Ksh. 1000 to the National sub county treasury and should be issued with a miscellaneous receipt.
Completed pre-qualification documents should be dropped in the Ng-Cdf Laikipia East tender box located at the Ng- Cdf Office Gefro Imani 2nd Floor and should be in plain sealed envelope, clearly marked with Category name, Reference number and addressed to:

So as to be received on or before Monday 6th December, 2021 at 10.00am. Pre-qualification documents will be opened immediately thereafter in presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
Special groups comprising youth, women and persons with disability who are dully registered with the Directorate of Public Procurement at the National Treasury are encouraged to apply and will be given preference
